The Pergola Toscana is a practical manually retractable pergola awning system designed for outdoor use, providing protection against the sun and rain. Owing to the water-proof, flame retardant, high resistant PVC fabric used, you can enjoy your Toscana in any weather. Toscana helps you create an extra living space on your patio while protecting you from the sun and rain. The stylish sliding roof of PVC fabric slides open and close manually with minimal effort. Its special design allows ease of assembly and ensures a fast installation. The use of aluminum and stainless steel makes the Toscana a lasting pergola you can enjoy using for many years.

TEST RESULTS

  1. The carrier rails consist of aluminum body, INOX pin and 4 wheels. The other sliding rails consist of plastic body resistant to external environment, INOX pin and 4 wheels.
  2. The mobile roof tent is made of a PVC based three-layer fabric in the weight of 800 gr/m2 (EN ISO 2286-2) with Blackout (lightproof), waterproof, fireproof and flameproof features (CL2-UNI EN 13773). The preload application is performed on the product. This fabric is developed by Serge Ferrari and Sattler whereas color fastness guarantee covers 10 years.
  3. The opening/closing of roof tent is operated manually.
  4. A customizable polyurethane T10 timing belt is used in the system for tension purposes.
  5. The rail sections of this system are Aluminum EN AW 6060-T66 series and the connectors are INOX types.
  6. All surfaces are painted with Qualicoat certified powder. 

Technical Details

Ceiling Fabric

Précontraint 602 Opaque is a fireproof membrane that offer total opacity. This would mean complete thermal comfort and protection from UV light coming from the sun. Made for constant, maintenance-free use along with the many colour choices, it offers designers the freedom to match the surroundings of the structure and bring all the elements together. The ceiling fabric is available in three primary colours as the standard, and custom orders, we can provide the fabric in vairous other colours.
